Before making your purchase, you are invited to review the purchase policy below, which covers printed artworks produced by a third-party:

1. Third-Party Printing: Printed artworks are created in collaboration with a trusted third-party printing partner, Printful.

2. Quality and Representation: I work diligently to ensure that the printed artworks closely represent the original pieces in terms of color accuracy, texture, and overall presentation. However, please be aware that minor variations may occur due to differences in printing techniques and materials.

3. All Sales Final: Once a printed artwork is purchased, the sale is considered final. I am unable to accept returns or provide refunds for printed artworks unless they arrive damaged due to shipping issues. Should you be

4. Shipping and Handling: Printed artworks are packaged with care to ensure their safe arrival. If your printed artwork arrives with visible damage, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Clear photographs of the damage, packaging, and shipping label are required to assist you.

Thank you for considering purchasing artwork from Chandler Rae Art. Please take a moment to review the purchase policy, which outlines the approach to returns and refunds:

1. All Sales Final: Once an artwork is purchased, the sale is considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, except in cases of extreme circumstances where the artwork arrives severely damaged due to shipping mishaps.

2. Artwork Expectations: Great care is taken in ensuring that each artwork is accurately represented in the images and descriptions that is provided by you. Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance are part of the artistic nature of the pieces. It is encouraged to provide clear, accurate descriptions and photos to best convey the expectations you have for your custom artwork before the piece is paid for up front.

3. Shipping and Handling: I go to great lengths to package our artwork securely and ensure its safe delivery to you. In the rare event that an artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. You will need to provide clear photographs of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will evaluate the situation and provide assistance accordingly.

4. Exceptional Cases: While a strict no-return and no-refund policy is maintained, I understand that unique circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please contact me to discuss your concerns. Any such decisions will be made at my discretion.

5. Ownership and Care: Once you purchase an artwork, you become the owner of that unique piece. I recommend displaying your artwork away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and humidity to preserve its condition over time.
